Golf Shop Staff – Work up to 30 hours a week
Must be available for morning or afternoon shifts

Experience Required

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and Point of Sale System
  • Advanced organizational and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for customer service

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage with members and guests in a courteous, energetic, and professional manner.
  • Process golfers tee times using our tee sheet system.
  • Adhere to golf operations policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable personal appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Assist customers on the phone in a helpful and energetic manner.
  • Keep the golf shop tidy and organized.
  • Manage inventory and restock items on the floor.
  • Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
  • Process transactions efficiently and consistently.
  • Maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Rangers – Weekday and Weekend Shifts available up to 16 hours a week
Rangers are responsible for monitoring the pace of play, reminding groups that fall out of position of ways to speed up pace, ensuring the golf course policies are followed.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf course.
  • Communicate and assist Golf Shop in keeping an accurate pace of play.
  • Communicate with Starter and Golf Shop about any pace of play problems.
  • Assist Outside Staff Attendants as needed.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.

Starter – Weekday Position available
Starters are responsible for the orderly and timely movement of tee times, controlling the pace of play, and ensuring the golf course policies are followed

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with golfers in a friendly, helpful manner.
  • Responsible for informing players of course conditions and local rules.
  • Keep tee times moving on time and in an orderly manner.
  • Communicate with Golf Shop and keep up-to-date and accurate tee sheet.
  • Tracks players and speed of play.
  • Communicate with Rangers on the course for any potential pace of play problems.
  • Keep track of golf carts.
  • Maintains a record of daily play.
  • Any additional tasks assigned by a manager and/or supervisor.

Short Order Cook

Preparation and cooking of burgers, chicken breast, fries etc.
Responsible for kitchen cleanliness and proper washing procedures of dishes & utensils.

No Experience needed. Will train if needed.

Short Order Cook Hours
Monday through Friday • 11:00 am – 2:00 pm • Lunch Shift
Monday through Thursday • 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm • Dinner Shift

Part Time
Expected Hours = 27 per Week
Pay = $13-15 per hour
